SHIPPING POLICY

We print on demand!

What this means is that all orders are sent to production once you make the order.

Please consider production days when estimating time of arrival. Most orders will have a tracking number that will be provided for the client to use. If you don’t get a tracking number you can contact us for an estimated time of arrival. 

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

For a full refund on a product please cancel within the first 24 hours of your purchase. After the first 24 hours, you would have to send an email to verify status of the order. If the item has not been sent to production it will be cancelled with a full refund. If not, the item cannot be cancelled and will be produced and sent to your provided address. 

 

Any returns will be subject to evaluation. There are no returns for accidental color, size or design chosen by the client. However, we know mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong size please let us know during the first 24 hours and the changes will be made promptly. After the first 24 hours,  contact us to see the status of the order to verify if has been sent to production. If it has, it can’t be change and will be delivered as is. 

 

If there is a quality or print error please message us to work on a refund or replacement of the item ordered. On the message be sure to add name, order number, address and a photo of the product’s error for evaluation. Once, we have processed the request we will contact you with more information.

We will only store your email information for as long as you subscribe to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe whenever you want.
